Dealerships That Advertise to Finance Anyone Regardless of Past Credit History

How many of you have had credit problems in the past?  How many of these credit problems seem to continue to haunt you even now?  No matter how bad your credit situation might be, these car dealerships that advertise to finance anybody regardless of their past credit history, are never the right answer no matter how bad the situation may seem. Here’s is a great article on the topic of buying a car with bad credit.

Of course, it is not to say that these car dealerships are not appealing to some individuals who truly think there is no other way for them to get a car loan.  However, the fact is that when you dive into their financing program that they will set up for the individual is when you begin to see that they are only one of many predatory lending companies out to make a huge profit off your bad financial situation.

They will purchase their cars rather cheap at auctions, then will resell them to individuals for at least twice if not three times what they have in them.  An individual who is desperate feels like if they can get a car, then they are happy.  The main problem is that after they pay a huge down payment, then the remaining balance is to be paid in monthly installments including an outrageous interest rate, which will be nothing but profit to the car dealership.

On top of this, if the individual were to miss a payment by a few days, then the car dealership would automatically repossession the vehicle and all the money that they have paid would be gone.  These types of car dealerships have an average car repossession rate of thirty percent each year.  When they repossession a car, then it goes right back on the lot to sell to someone else.
