A person who set his heart into achieving something is most likely to get whatever he dreams of pursuing in life. I believe in the saying that what your heart can conceive, your body can achieve so if you have plans of doing something, turn it into reality and not just a dream. This is what my brother did before he became a spinning instructor. He is a regular visitor of this place and before, he used to be shy and timid and he as soon as he finishes his routine, he’ll head home and do whatever he is doing at home. The confidence started when a gym instructor approached him and asked him if he wanted to become a spinning instructor. The gym instructor guided him on what to do until he was able to remember anything there is need to know.For those regular visitors of gym like my brother, if you have dream of becoming a gym instructor like my brother, then don’t hesitate to follow your dream. If you are familiar with the machine, it will be an advantage on your part. In becoming a spinning instructor, you may want to know some of the factors that will be tested before you can be qualified for the said post. First in line that will be tested is your physical fitness and physical endurance. There are programs what you need to follow and if you pass the program, then it’s a guarantee that you’ll get the post.
