I have never been one for funny license plates…
I have never been one for funny license plates. That is why I am surprised at my recent actions when I attended a horse event with a close friend. After a day or so of shopping, I was tired of looking at the same old things over and over again. That is why I was delighted when I stumbled upon a store that was selling funny license plates for tractors and even cars. They were all catering towards horse people and I spent quite some time looking through them and admiring the quirky sayings! Some were simple and read “Myhorse” or “rider#1”. Others were harder to decipher, but once you got it you could help but laugh. I remember one funny license plate that said “Rdhrs4u” which means “ride horse for you”. I almost bought that one! This story gets even better when I tell you that we then discovered more stores that were selling the funny license plates! We then were obligated to proceed to all of the stores and check them all out. This encompassed a good part of the evening, which we were okay with because it meant we weren’t doing real shopping and spending money! I think we visited seven or eight stores in total and laughed for hours. I did not end up buying a funny license plate because I had a hard time deciding on the perfect one for me! I do think , though, that they are a perfect way to add humor to someone’s day!
